Jamal serves as Bayan's Fractional Chief Development Officer, working alongside senior leadership and the board to lead revenue and engagement strategy and build the institution's fund development team. His passion is bringing donors closer to the magic of Bayan and the formation of leaders rooted in the Islamic tradition.
Jamal has been working in development within the higher education and nonprofit sector for more than 10 years, with a sharp focus on building and scaling sustainable operations, endowments, and major gift cultivation.

Nadeen serves as Bayan's Fractional Vice President of Advancement, engaging philanthropic partners and stewarding the gifts that sustain student scholarships and Bayan's broader mission. She brings the “business of barakah” to every relationship, pairing rigorous fundraising practice with the Quranic promise that those who give are richly rewarded.
A CFRE with over a decade of nonprofit leadership, Nadeen has raised more than $50 million for institutions including Zaytuna College, the Rothko Chapel, and Houston Community College. She holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Leadership Certificate from Rice University's Center for Philanthropy.

Eman Tai Development and Stewardship Specialist
Eman serves as Bayan's Development and Stewardship Specialist, engaging alumni and the national community of supporters with a particular focus on stewardship and impact. Her passion is bringing people together by creating spaces where supporters experience the spiritual groundedness Bayan cultivates every day.
An attorney and nonprofit strategist, Eman has advised corporations, nonprofits, and investors on corporate structuring, governance, and compliance. Alongside her legal practice, she has supported fundraising efforts for community-based organizations, advanced statewide policy initiatives, and directed campaigns addressing food insecurity and childhood literacy
