Dr. Jibril Latif serves as Dean and Chief Academic Officer at Bayan, where he leads academic strategy, accreditation, and faculty oversight. Jibril engages in entrepreneurial initiatives that inform his practical, systems-based approach to leadership. 

His work focuses on building mission-aligned systems that strengthen academic quality, student success, and sustainable institutional growth. Combining a decade of traditional study with academic training, he has lectured extensively, chaired curricula and accreditation, and directed research. The author of numerous peer-review articles and book chapters, his interdisciplinary scholarship bridges the social sciences and humanities. He holds a PhD from the University of Birmingham (UK).
